Mediterranean Savoury Cake

2 cups grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 cups of SR flour
2 cups milk
1 cup Pendleton Olive Estate classic EVOO (with hyperlink to product)
1/2 cup pitted olives
1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1.5 tsp baking powder
A handful combined fresh mint and fresh parsley
1 tblsp sesame seeds
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 170 degrees fan.
Spray a large bundt tin with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds ensuring the sesame seeds are distributed throughout the tin.
Whisk the eggs with the milk then add in the oil and cheeses and mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well incorporated and add into the prepared cake tin.
Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.
Cool in tin for 10 mins before flipping onto a cooling rack.
