Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Almonds
1 Cup Pepitas
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Whole Linseeds
1 Cup Flaked Almonds
2 Cups Coconut Flakes
½ Cup Chopped Macadamias
¼ Cup Linseed Meal
¼ Almond Meal
½ tsp Ground Ginger
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1/3 Cup Pendleton Olive Estate Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
Method
Pre heat oven to 130C.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Golden Syrup, pour over the dry ingredients and mix to coat evenly. Spread mix on a lined try and place in the oven for 30 mins, stirring every 10 mins until brown.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with natural yoghurt topped with baked rhubarb, freeze dried Pomegranate and a drizzle of Pendleton Olive Estate Blood Orange Agrumato on top.
